It expresses the spirit that we students, who will shoulder the future, should go beyond national borders to become people who lead the world, and that we should sow the seeds of the future to get there.

Mission

Developing next-generation leaders who can solve global challenges through collaboration with multilateral partners

MIS defines a next-generation leader as a person who can find and solve problems and who contributes to society proactively and independently.
To that end, we visit regions where social problems are actually apparent, discover and analyze the problems ourselves, and aim to build the ability to find and solve problems independently through the process of planning and carrying out suitable solution projects.
However, many of these social problems are difficult to solve through our efforts alone, and working together with local students, whom we call our partners, is essential for carrying out effective projects that fit local realities.
Through moving projects forward and pushing each other to improve, our ideal is for not only MIS members but also our partner students to become next-generation leaders.
